What's Included
Everything you get with our pressure washing service in the Portland Metro Area.
- Driveways, walkways, and patios cleaned back to bright
- Siding, decks, and fences washed without damage
- The right pressure per surface — no stripped wood, no etched concrete
- Residential and commercial — HOAs, apartment complexes, restaurants
How we pressure wash
- The right pressure for each surface. Concrete gets one setting, cedar siding gets another — a wand at driveway pressure will strip a deck.
- Detail work by hand where needed — corners, trim, and anywhere a wand alone won't reach.
- Debris flushed and swept before we leave. Property looks better than we found it.
- Safety-first setup — hoses routed away from walkways, drains kept clear.
- If we see anything we shouldn't wash (loose paint, damaged wood, failed grout), we tell you before we start.
See it before we start
For pressure washing, we usually walk the property first so we agree on scope. Fixed-quote once we've seen it — no surprise line items.
Safety-trained for height
Our crew works multi-story residential and commercial with harnesses, helmets, and EDELRID climbing gear. We're not just guys with a ladder — we're trained for it.
Frequently Asked Questions
What surfaces do you pressure wash? +
Driveways, walkways, patios, decks, fences, and siding. Concrete, brick, wood, and vinyl — each gets the right pressure and technique.
Will pressure washing damage my wood or paint? +
Not when it's done right. We use lower pressure and wider fans on wood and painted surfaces. If we see something that could get damaged, we tell you before we start.
Do you do commercial pressure washing — HOAs, apartment complexes, restaurants? +
Yes — residential and commercial. Storefront concrete, dumpster pads, apartment walkways, HOA common areas.
Do you use hot or cold water? +
The right one for the job. Cold for most residential; hot when we need it (grease, gum, deep stains).
Do I need to be home? +
No — pressure washing is exterior work. We do walk the property with you first so you know what's included in the quote.
How does the quote work? +
We come out, walk the property with you (or drop by if you're not there and can send us the scope), and give you a fixed quote in writing.
